Buffalo Wild Wings - Owatonna

It was a solid experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. There’s nothing to really criticize, but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary either. On the plus side, I enjoyed some good local Kölsch beer at a reasonable price.

I visited the restaurant with a group of 11, including 6 young children, and the servers were extremely accommodating. The food was fresh, and the wait time was minimal. The only downside was that my order was the last to arrive, and by the time it came out, everyone else had already finished their meals and filled up on appetizers. I initially thought they had forgotten my order, but it turned out they had entered it incorrectly and had to place it again, which caused a delay. However, they didn’t charge me for the meal and even packaged it up for me to take home. I left a generous tip for the overall excellent service.

BWW has been one of our long-time favorites. The Owatonna location is usually quite busy whenever we visit. We were there last night to celebrate a birthday and were seated right away. Our waitress greeted us with a smile each time she came to our table. Though my order was incorrect, I understand that mistakes happen. I don’t mind waiting for hot food, but there was about a 10-minute gap between when the first meal was served and when the last one arrived, which seemed a bit unreasonable. Despite that, we were overall happy with our visit.

I had a pleasant experience at BW3. The service was decent, and the wings were really good. I'll definitely be back!
