Su Casa - Oudtshoorn

One of the few restaurants in the region. Excellent dining and wine menu, impressive place with views over valley and olive orchids. Tableware are well represented and delicious. Friendly table service. Very expensive, but it's worth it. The place is approx. 7 km outside the city of Oudtshoorn, but has a complementary shuttle service between the city and the place. A part of the Surval Olive Estate, which also has celebrity and olive tasting and sale.

It was a great night. We had the bouquet steak and gnocchi neapolitan as the main dish followed by a Crème brulé. As a wine, we chose a Shiraz through the glass. Quality and presentation of food was perfect. But nothing could beat the excellent and pleasant waitress

Excellent food and views to nature. Large portions, fresh, homemade and delicious. Try the olive grower and the Gnocci.

Beautiful building set amongst lush gardens and adjacent to the olive groves of the estate. Restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. Should the weather permit request al fresco dining underneath the trees. Food is beautifully designed and presented. Menu caters for all requirements. Well planned wine list includes local wines as well as wines from other known regions in South Africa. Service is friendly and very attentive. View of the sunset reflecting on the mountains in the distance completed the evening.
