The wait in the drive-thru was quite lengthy. After placing my order, I understood the reason for the delay—it was the staff. The person's order ahead of me was the same as mine, so I’m not entirely sure how efficiently the food was prepared. I appreciate how hard employees are working during these times, and I didn't want to leave a negative review. It’s not the employee’s fault; we’re all still dealing with the effects of the pandemic.
