Sakamoto Japanese Grill And Sushi

The sushi here is quite good! My favorite was the Spicy Tuna Roll. Overall, I was mostly satisfied, but I do wish the prices were a bit lower.

This is one of my favorite spots for sushi. They offer a great selection of sushi, sashimi, and uni. Whenever I'm in the mood for sushi, this is my go-to restaurant.

The food is excellent but quite expensive. The service feels rushed, and I sympathize with the staff. The owner doesn't seem to assist them much; she primarily focuses on managing the register, handling the liquor, and seating more customers. I visit occasionally for lunch or to grab some fried rice to go. However, the lighting above the tables is very bright and uncomfortable—I'd recommend bringing sunglasses!

This is great sushi. I've done pick up and dine-in. Both options are really good. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I have had sushi in a bunch of city's around the US but I have always thought Sakamoto is one of the best. My family and I had the usual which consists of the chicken fried(which is amazing), the smoky samurai roll, Godzilla roll, crab mango roll, and a steak hibachi meal. My kids love it when we eat there as the blueberry ramane is something we don't get when we take it out. For this particular dinner the service was good, although we've had some fantastic service there on previous visits.
