Takiza Mexican Cuisine - Oshkosh

Restaurant was previously an Italian restaurant and they haven't yet revamped the decor. Server didn't know the difference between a lemon and a lime. Bartender/server apparently didn't know how to make a virgin strawberry margarita. The food was good. I ordered one of the bowls and substituted roasted corn instead of the included avocado. I got corn, but it was absolutely not roasted. I'm guessing from a can. A little disappointing. Would I go back? Probably, but I would probably make some different choices.

This place use to be really good when it was over by the college now it’s gone down hill. My order was wrong but I didn’t say anything and tried eating it. It had absolutely no flavor. It was steak and onions in a tomato based sauce and neither had flavor. The only thing was the portion sizes.

First time there and I thought the food was great. I usually get a steak fajita and thought it was one of the best I've has. Very attractive staff and nice atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: My grandson had a great time.

Amazing food that was so full of flavor! Other Mexican restaurants beware, you have competition! Definitely the best in town I say.

This is most definitely the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The food was amazing, the inside is huge, the atmosphere is great, and the service was excellent. The chips and salsa are awesome! The menu has so many good things to choose from but my favorite is the burrito bowl with chicken and chorizo. It is just divine! Also, everything on the menu is really well-priced and the portion sizes are large so I always get a couple of meals out of what I order. 10/10
