McDonald's - Oshawa

Every time we go there there is an issue - they have had me pull ahead to the waiting spots because fries were not ready - and took 20 minutes - 20 minutes for fries and do you think that all the people in line behind me didn't order fries, once they had me pull ahead, waited for a long time before finding their number and calling - the girl that was working the window and asked me to pull ahead went home and just left the half full bag with my order sitting there and didn't tell anyone. Food order is correct 50% of the time, food is not hot 100% of the time, no napkins in the bag. This place is not like other McDonalds who follow standards, and processes so that the service and food is the best that it can be for fast food. I have complained to one of the managers, someone I know, but he didn't care. I wish there was another McD's for people in Courtice to go to instead.

I'm not happy with this location they make you wait even for buying ice cream last time 15 minutes in our car and when they brought it it was melting and for food to so many times mistakes the food is cold there drive through is bad they don't hear your order clear they serve my daughter she is vegetarian and they give her meat and egg I never like there food service.

Went through drive thru and had to wait off to the side for 10-15 minutes and then had stuff wrong with the order....guy bringing out food to cars then stops to talk to a girl instead of bringing out food for all the people waiting....brutal..

Sat stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I would have left sooner but I was literally stuck in the drive thru. The cars just kept piling up at 10:30 pm Jan, 24,2017. The only movement in the drive thru I saw was the cars that had placed an order all ready, and that was extremely slow as well. As soon as I had the opportunity I exited the drive thru along with 3 others. The person ahead of me parked his car angerly and went in Im sure to give them a piece of his mind. Myself and the car in the other line just left. I tried to call twice but nobody picks up the phone here either. I'll make a formal complaint as well just so the management knows what's going on here. Stay away from the McDonald's on King and Townline in Oshawa, awful experience....so bad you can't even place an order. What a joke!
