Saffron Indian Restaurant Bar - Orinda

Great Indian food. Everything was freshly prepared. Lamb chop and chickens Tandoori were so delicate and tasty. Very recommended.

I had my dinner at the Saffron Restaurant, I tried Saag after being recommended by the owner and I must say it was amazing, I ordered Butter Chicken and in the breads section I tried Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Keema Naan liked all but I enjoyed having Keema Naan the most. For Starters we had Paneer Tikka which is something I really relished having. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, the staff is very friendly, great ambiance and great food!!

Very nice restaurant. I had some of their traditional dishes and they are so delicious. The open kitchen is a nice touch. The staff is top notch.

Best Indian restaurant in the area. Tried them on a Monday night. The restaurant was busy and the service was amazingly fast. Ordered appetizers and two curries. Loved the saag paneer and Chicken tikka Masala. Good selection of Indian beers. Very friendly staff.

I wish them well and it is solid Indian food for Orinda with friendly service But our dishes were pretty soup-like and tasted ok, so runny that we could hardly shake it with the Naan-Brot.
