Love the sample station, really great touch! The Italian wedding soup was great. I liked the Mac and cheese, would probably skip the Baja toppings next time though. Service was good, very friendly. Good ambiance, comfortable seating, lots of booths. Just wish they shook up the salad with the dressing for you. It was a little difficult to eat and there was no lid so you couldn't really mix the salad dressing without making a big mess.

Extreme hunger drove me into the arms of ZOUP! I hadn 't had time to read the reviews, but maybe I should have.12 soups sat simmering in this nearly empty restaurant during the lunch hour. Thinking they might not be fresh this morning, I opted for a Lively Chicken Caesar Salad and 1/2 Maple Bacon Ham Sandwich. Both items were tasty and fresh, so perhaps my assessment of the soup was unfair. And perhaps I should have taken advantage of their offer to order a sample.The dining room tables and booths were not washed down. The staff did not appear to be overwhelmed behind the line , someone should have been doing a wipe downI don 't see myself coming back. I wasn 't charmed .

Zoup is our go to for fast food style meals. It ends up being reasonably priced and doesn 't feel to unhealthy to eat. We are not a fan of the salads or sandwiches though, specifically the sandwiches. They aren 't too great and remind me of hospital food. The salads are good but I wish they would bring back their garden or Greek salads. We don 't like big salads with our soups. The soups have all been great though.

Seems things are slipping here. The menu, the dishes, the ingredients not the same as a short time ago. Was disappointed with the broth bowls. Nice broth, but you had to hunt for the veggies. Prices went up too. Was shocked at how dirty the floors and front windows were. Didn't want to touch the door. May not be back.

Progresso soup, The Sandwich was pretty much bread, tsk tsk tsk, Not good.
