Chestnut Grill - Orangeburg

The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. The fried green tomatoes were solid but tasty. The portion of the catfish was a bit small, but still had enough meat and several pieces. They also offer cranberry lemonade. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

The food was quick and delicious. The server was professional and did an excellent job. The restaurant was beautiful and inexpensive. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

If you're looking for delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere, be sure to check out Chestnut Grill. The wait is usually short and the staff is extremely friendly. While the restaurant could use some updates, the food is consistently fresh and tasty. I highly recommend trying the soups and fried green tomatoes. Although the pork chops used to be my favorite, they have recently switched to smaller, thinner cuts which aren't as good as the previous thicker cuts. The seafood platter is always a popular choice. Don't forget to save room for dessert - it's worth it!

Had the fried flounder with green beans, fresh fruit, and a house salad. Everything was perfectly seasoned and my fish was so flaky and piping hot. Really enjoyed the salad and the variety of fruit variety (it’s the little things) and the large helping of green beans. Our server was super nice and the service was fast. 10/10
