The food here is absolutely delicious! We sampled the oxtail, goat, chicken, and shrimp, all of which were fantastic. The spicy sauce paired with the fried plantains was delightful. Every dish is packed with flavor. Our waiter took the time to explain how each dish is prepared, and it was clear he wasn't just serving us; he was sharing his culture and culinary traditions with us.
