You’ll give your order and he will heavy sigh as if it’s a chore to provide info to answer questions. *update* I tried taking to a manager and she “shhh’d” me and closed the window.
Honestly the customer service isn't great. The manager seems to have a hot temper and seems to be stressed.
Older gentlemen always has an attitude; he constantly sighs when he’s taking your order and gives the vibe that he’d rather kill himself than serve customers. There are some nice co workers there, but the majority are rude just like the manager. Food is not great either, fries are too salty and burger is always dry. The BK on Gemini polaris is much better and more professional in my opinion.
The older gentleman working this evening should not have a job in customer service if this is the kind of attitude he gives to customers. The moment he first acknowledged us at the speaker he sounded like he would rather us not be in his drive thru to begin with, as we ordered each persons order in our vehicle he wpuldnt stop sighing at us and seeming to grow more annoyed with every item we added. People are only in your drive thru for approximately 2-3 minutes at most and your job for those few minutes are to give people a pleasant experience so they want to come back and this evening this gentleman did not meet company standards in anyway.
Drive thru speaker was broken and to yell for them to hear me. Employees hard to understand. A bit of a language barrier there. Overall it was okay
