The food was fine but it took them more than 45 minutes to serve to dishes, they forgot our appetizers and my friend got the noodles with nothing beside the noodles themselves. I enjoyed my dish but the general experience wasn't good. We got 10% off for the inconvenience, which is not rewarding enough for my opinion.

Food was decent, but service was really bad. You are forced to enter the restaurant through the smoking area which smells horrendous, and the servers will never check up on your table unless you call them repeatedly, even while the resteraunt is nearly empty.

Great food always a great food experience and if you decide to seat outside you should call for early reservations. Overall food excellent.

This is not a restaurant you will have a fun time going to or a bad one. This is an average restaurant with not so average prices. The food is ok but definitely not worth it's relatively high price. The service is friendly but slow and the music is loud. I can't recommend going here on purpose.

The food is pretty good, and I'm talking about the Or Yehuda branch..., But the management of the place, dear lord. Chaos while taking out fires. That's how everything is run. While I waited for 40min for a soup and salad I was picking up, I got to see a few things, a table of 3 that said that because the waited so long their break was up, so they just said, to cancel their order. 2 people sitting outside were ignored for 10min, so they had to go inside to one of the waiters and ask for service, which came 5min later. Another women outside asked about a missing dish twice, I left before she got it, so who knows. Someone ordered takeaway long after me and left and received it before me. When I asked the manager if he could check on my order, a friend of his walked in, so he ignored me and started talking to him about a trip, while not just ignoring me but also the chaos around. There were probably more but, I think you get the idea. The manager is definitely not good at his job. Forget about going during lunch, just order in and you should be fine. Or go when there's almost no one around.
