Meshek Barzilay - Tel Aviv

Found these accidentally when you run around and could not believe it was all vegan! So many options, and so good. I had a large plate with tofu, some veggie balls, rice, salads and something I have never tried before lentils paste (amazing! .

There are not many options for a vegan breakfast in Tel Aviv, so we were glad to find Meshek. We ordered two oat milk, flat white, a buffet plate and tofu and mushroom pack! Everything was delicious and well cooked. You can also choose from many freshly prepared pastries and local delicacies made vegan. We loved it so much here. We came back every morning at our stay in Tel Aviv. #Veganuary

The food is usually very good, but from time to time there were dishes that we did not like or had to wait too long until the food arrives. We recommend the beet Tortellini and the black rice with mushrooms. If it is nice to sit outside is better (a little crowded inside).

Deli room offers pastries, light meals, salad bar, juices etc. I had the sweet potato ciche and a side salad. Quiche filling was a little dry, but tasted beautiful. Salad bar had many options, including cereals. Deli is very busy, not easy to search. Outer seats, some under deck coat.

Very good food and variety! However It’s a shame…. When you think people and businesses had already indisputably understood the vast contamination of water and soil due to single plastic use… and in a place you expect even more conciseness they still made use of single plastic cups for drinking.
