Taco Bell - Opelousas

This Taco Bell Location is very nice inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean the condiment area was well stocked the food was fresh hot. My only disappointment was they were out of Mt Dew, which seems not to be an uncommon thing at any Taco Bell. Taco Bell Mt Dew is addictive as much as the Tacos!!!!

Cashier advised me to order from kiosk, which was hard to understand how to get what I wanted. I don't know the lingo for what I see on the display above her head. Finally another person received my order, coke machine was broke a kept spewing the flavor my daughter wanted into the drain. Had to choose a different one of course that one was out. No lids for large cups, asked and was granted one. But no one decided that. Maybe that was a hint to refill the lids! Smh. Not the same taco bell I dined in a yr ago that's for sure.. And I see why it will be longer before I go back.

Cleanest Taco Bell! The staff were all friendly. Great experience.
