I will not order fried catfish from any other place! The catfish here is ALWAYS fresh melting in your mouth... NIE fish! Hands down, the best! Steaks are delicious and shrimps are huge. Great service!

Great choice when visiting Opelousas. The food was authentic and delicious. Between us we had Gumbo (wow!, Cajun girl po' boy, and bread pudding. Perfect end of a long trip. The service was fast and punctual. Local cuisine, flavors, restaurant.

This hidden gem, owned by Barry Reeves, features delicious food, a great service and a great culinary experience. Stop on Tuesday thru Thursday for All You Can Eat Crawfish. Recommended court: The Cajun Girl Poboy also try the Jumbo Lump Crab Bites (you can grill her or fried her... I have her both). #TheNOLAFoodie

Best boiled cancers I ever had!!! The “Cajun girl” poboy is a must try, but I suggest to share a half of one between 3 people as an appetizer... it's super rich. I don't know where they get the Poboybrot, but it was amazing. I usually take half the bread from Poboy, but this time not! My husband had the fried shrimps and fish. The shrimps were HUGE. Loved the atmosphere. Very friendly service, but sometimes a little slow and forget. I can overlook this because they were busy. Honestly, it's the best food I eat in a restaurant in a while.

Seriously the best boiled crawfish I have had in years they were full and have a lot of fat even the claws were full and easy to peel
