Sonic Drive-in - Opelika

The drinks at Sonic are great, just like always, and the staff is friendly. However, be prepared to spend more on that slushy than you might expect. I think I’ll wait until the construction is finished before considering a return.

Excellent service and a spotless restaurant. I went inside to place my order, and the young lady at the front register was fantastic—she was very positive and attentive. My large order was handled perfectly without any mistakes. The food was delicious. I will definitely return to this place!

I really enjoy Sonic, but the one in Opelika didn't have any iced coffee available today, and it only had a drive-thru option instead of a parking and ordering area. So, I can only give it three stars today. Sorry!

The ordering process takes an incredibly long time, likely because there are usually only two people working in the kitchen, which is understandable. However, my complaint isn't with the employees themselves; it's with management for not properly training them. The man who took our order took nearly 10 minutes to complete it and kept attempting to charge us for extra meals we hadn’t requested. It's essential for employees to familiarize themselves with the menu and understand the items they’re selling so they can better assist customers.

I visited this restaurant on Friday, September 9th, at approximately 9:00 PM. The staff working the night shift were fantastic, providing excellent service! I wish I could give more than five stars. This has become my favorite spot for a chocolate shake!
