Przekaż informację zwrotnąI just ate there with my family. There was a long wait to get a table but they were busy and short staffed. I had the Fish and Chips. It was amazing. The fries were really good and the fish was good. They weren't skimpy on the food. I'm a big guy and there was plenty of food for me. The waiter was nice and funny. The only issue I had with the food was the paper lining in the basket dissolved under the cole slaw and I most like ingested some paper with my food. Otherwise, no more complaints.
What a great restaurant in this hidden gem of a town. Shrimp and grits were out of this world. Great flavor, great presentation. The place itself is charming. We came on a Tuesday so the fancier portion of the restaurant was not in use but not a problem. Server was not the most attentive but good enough. A nice stop for our drive from nyc to Austin.
French onion soup left a lot to be desired. I sent it back after one taste yet it was still on the bill. I was offered bananas foster for dessert but got plain cheesecake with caramel drizzle. It was delicious but was no bananas foster, which I ordered. I ordered shrimp and grits The shrimp was good.
The food staff was amazing. This will definitely be my place to treat me. I had recommended the salmon with carrot asparagus as well as 3 different locally brewed fruits Lagurs of the Godiva chocolate cheese cake as recommended by my sever Nat. I appreciated his hands from the approach until the support was requested was 100% willing to answer questions or make recommendations. Anyway, it's nice to bring my guests here instead of cooking them at home.
I never had anything bad here. A good mix of Irish and American dishes, good cocktail and beer list. The pork pliers are my favorite thing on the menu.
