O'charley's - Opelika

No matter how many times I have dined at this restaurant, I have yet to find a dish that I enjoy. The food tastes like it was all pre-packaged and hastily thrown together in the kitchen. Today, the Chicken 'Tenders' were so tough that I couldn't even cut them with a knife. My quesadillas were disappointing without a dipping sauce. They came with pico de gallo, but it was too chunky and lacked the necessary moisture to complement the dry main dish. I also experienced terrible heartburn afterward. While some people may enjoy this restaurant chain, I personally prefer the better flavors at Chili's! I must say that our server was exceptional and provided outstanding service, which might be the reason my husband keeps bringing me back LOL!

Surroundings: We went to O'Charley on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was filled with many families to brew after church. It definitely was.

Trent was excellent. Staff are polite and follow COVID guidelines. The food was great.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff were very mindful of the health guidelines for social distancing. Our server Donny provided us with excellent recommendations on how to get the most value for our order. The food was delicious and, of course, the rolls were warm and buttery! We will definitely be returning in the future.
