Little Caesars Pizza - Opelika

It’s Christmas Eve and the service could’ve been less than stellar, but the employees were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and made the best pizza I’ve gotten from Little Caesar’s ever! Merry Christmas!

I would absolutely love if they would answer the phone considering every time I come they have no customers inside and maybe one car in the drive thru.

Shorthanded in personnel making it tough for those who are trying to help customers. Drive thru ignored way too long while inside customers are standing for orders to be picked up or to be ordered. No organization at all. Chaos. I waited in drive-thru behind a vehicle that waiting on their order over 10 min. Finally I pulled up to window and waited. And after waiting more time there was no acknowledgement I was there to be helped. I pulled away from drive-thru. Not happy at all. Went to Domino's. Read my review from there after this. Little Ceasar's take lessons from that one employee working at Domino's. You desperately need it.
