Burger King - Oneida

I've been a loyal fan of Burger King for years, and I know I'll always be. I've tried everything on their menu at least once, and I’m excited to keep tasting their new offerings. My favorite dessert is their vanilla shake – it's truly delightful!

However, I have to say that before this visit, I had one of the most awful bathroom experiences I've ever had. That alone speaks volumes. On a positive note, the young woman who took my order – who looked like she might still be in high school – was very friendly and accommodating. The food itself was quite good, but it did take a long time to arrive. I understand that the chicken deluxe sandwich needs to be baked fresh, which contributes to the wait. After nearly 15 minutes, I inquired about my order, only to be met with an attitude from what I assumed was the manager. To make matters worse, the rest of my order was left sitting in the warmer while I waited. It would have been nice if they had served my child's meal first, so she could eat while I waited for mine. Additionally, when I first asked for napkins – which seemed to be in short supply throughout the restaurant, with only a few behind the counter – the staff ignored me for a while. I had to raise my voice to get their attention, and I felt completely overlooked at times. The overall cleanliness of the place was also concerning; the soda area was particularly messy (I've included pictures for reference). This location is definitely not one of their best. If I weren't such a fan of the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, I probably wouldn't return. In the future, I think I’ll look for another option before stopping here again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always available to assist you. The breakfast options are plentiful, and for lunch and dinner, there’s a wide variety to choose from, including burgers, fish, chicken, and salads. Unlike some other places, you can’t order lunch items during breakfast hours. Overall, a great place to dine!

Very clean dining area and minimally wait for food. Everything was very fresh.

Just did the drive through, but I had a few questions about new items and the staff were very kind in answering. Food was also well prepared and delicious.
