Ashburn Bagel Sandwich Shop

I am disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. Despite my request for a butter muffin on the grill, it was not fulfilled. When I called to address the issue, the staff member claimed that the request had been met, which was not the case, and then abruptly ended the call while I was still speaking. I have always enjoyed visiting your establishment, but the recent decline in service quality is concerning to me.

First time stopping in and the volcano sandwich was so good! Can’t wait to try the other sandwiches!

10$ for the most basic bacon egg n cheese bagel wild joint was mid, bagel shop in herndon much better food and prices... had to edit to lower the rating the food is dryer than i initially thought

My order is ready, but the Korean cashier's attention is only on his phone
