Burrachos Fresh Mexican Grill

One word, Filthy. The guy who was cleaning tables simply brushed food off with his bare hand. Everything seemed covered in a film. Food was ok at best. Will not return.

Good food and delicious all the time. Daton and Demar helped my son and I last night and they are great! Wonderful customer service and prepared our dinner perfectly. Such nice employees.

The food is delicious, but I feel like they are becoming increasingly stingy with the ingredients every time I go. They didn’t even include any fajita vegetables this time. I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but I’m not sure how often I’ll be returning if I keep leaving hungry.

I feel bad for forgetting her name, but there’s one staff member (short hair, wearing a tennis visor, and has tattoos) who is often there during my lunch breaks. She always remembers my order and is incredibly sweet. Management, she’s an amazing asset to your customer service team!

I always thought this restaurant looked inviting, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. Upon entering, I noticed the food was old, dried out, and splattered all over the place. It was extremely dirty, and a clean rag would definitely have helped. The soda machine was empty when we tried to fill our cups. We should have taken that as a sign to head over to Culver's instead, but we decided to give it a chance. We ended up spending $27, barely ate a quarter of our meal, and ended up throwing it away. Now we're dealing with an upset stomach. It was just disgusting.
