The Cafe Mediterranean - Omaha

Everything was so delicious that I didn’t even have time to take a photo I remembered the photo when we had already eaten almost everything I love the harira soup it's a very generous recipe! Harira in the photo. I love mutablé very much and often cook it myself but here I didn’t like it too much; it seemed to me that they didn’t add tahini. But maybe someone loves it that way. Hummus is also not the most classic; I didn’t like it too much because of the strange taste. It seemed to me that it was not fresh. But I lived in the Middle East and really love the Arabic version of hummus. Perhaps this is just another version of hummus ‍ But the falafel here is very, very tasty. Also, the labneh prepared here is simply excellent! I highly recommend. My husband and I are vegetarians and were very pleased to find this place with a large selection of vegetarian dishes. This restaurant is an overrated place in a fancy mall. The food was uninspiring and bland, not at all tasty. I had to use a lot of the free sauce they provided to eat the tasteless food. The soup I ordered was also pretty bland, very disappointing. Considering the very high ratings and the somewhat higher prices, I was expecting at least some decent quality food, but alas, this place was super disappointing. they also mandatorily charged 10 service charge, even though the service was somewhat poor. I had to ask repeatedly for tissues or napkins. They do not give enough. THE table was really sticky. That can not be hygienic. I think they would do a good job if they cleaned up the tables or at least covered with some table cloth with the profits they're making. overall, it was extremely disappointing.
