Arby's - Ogallala

The person who handled the drive-thru recently is a real asset to your team. I wish we had more staff like them in all areas. The food was excellent, as always!

Why did I give them four stars? Everything was great—service, cleanliness, and food. If you offered all your gluten-free rolls wrapped like Culver's does, I would give you nine stars!

I enjoyed the Greek sandwich; it was quite delicious. The krinkle fries were just okay—nothing extraordinary. As with all Arby's locations, there's a great variety of menu options to choose from. The beverage and spice station was well-stocked and appealing. Overall, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.

Yeppers. The lady in the window made this place a star. I was not very excited to get my arby from the look of the passage, but her smile turned around and everything was decent. Of course pleasant person is always refreshing!
