Service was a bit lacking because it was Mothers Day and so busy but she was very sweet so it made up for it. Everyone there was very kind and helpful and we even got a tour and brought down to the Winners circle! Amazing exciting day and we will definitely be doing this again.
I came on 12th juni with my family of 8 seeing fun to enjoy good eating. at $35.00 per person plus taxpayer. ess was very disappointing with a very limited selection of low-end elements. hamburger hot dogs mac cheese. there was a grisly ground rib that could not be cut with plasticutensil salad n obst. they brought 1 cake for dessert 1 cheesecake if they were fast enough, they might have got a disc. coffee was terrible! now in service or it is missing! the food server has been disintered. we had to follow someone for drinks. a few times we had to go into the bar to get our own drinks. we were there to celebrate my husband birthday, we were very disappointed at the whole event. would have had better time to sit on the bank. I would not recommend this special venue!
Upon arrival, we were initially left unattended until a gentleman helped us find a table by the window. He informed us that the price included all-you-can-eat food and drink. To our surprise, the restaurant was surprisingly empty, with many unused tables. However, the buffet experience was disappointing. The selection was inadequate, and they ran out of food quickly. The additional options consisted of frozen items that you could easily find in bulk at a store for a backyard party. We expected much better! As we neared the end of our meal, we were informed that the bill was on its way. This was the final straw for me. I felt the need to speak with someone about our experience. Samantha, who seemed overwhelmed, was sympathetic but not surprised to hear about the poor food quality. After some back and forth, she offered us a discount on our drinks but was unable to compensate us for the meal itself. I brought up the fact that our table had not been cleared throughout our visit, and it seemed that many others wanted to use the nearby clearing area. I understand these are challenging times for restaurants, but if you’re going to charge a hefty price of $43 (including an 18% service fee), you should at least serve better food and be honest with customers about what to expect. It’s frustrating to feel taken advantage of. Please don’t waste your money at this once-great culinary experience; it was a sad letdown. Addie Max
Fantastic spot for lunch where you can grab a bite to eat while keeping an eye on all the races. The waiter was incredibly attentive.
The restaurant has declined over the past few years. The prices don't reflect the portion sizes and quality of the food. The highlight of our lunch was definitely the Oreo cheesecake. The coffee was alright, but it wasn't very hot. Overall, the dining experience was quite disappointing.
