Ordered Nutella Acai Bowl with extra Nutella. Hardly got any Nutella let alone extra and most of the bowl was acai and less of the other ingredients

TL;DR They do not pay attention to Celiacs.I had explained beforehand that the order was for someone who had Celiac Disease and it needed to be gluten free, and they understood (at least that's what they said).I had ordered a smoothie with nothing in it that could have been bad, or so I thought.30 min later this person had severe pain in their gut and was vomiting every 5 minutes with gluten belching.If you or a loved one have a gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, do NOT go here. They do not take it seriously.
