We waited in the drive-thru for about thirty minutes, which I anticipated since they usually take a while. When we got to the window, I had to remind the staff about my drinks, and after another ten minutes, she asked me for my order again. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized everything in my order was wrong. It would be one thing if the food was inexpensive, but we spent $40 and had to wait a long time for cold, incorrect meals.
Can we please normalize not having to wait excessively long for fast food?? The average wait time was a frustrating 10 minutes per car. Luckily, I realized what was happening and left just before reaching the point of no return—the spot that completely traps you in that narrow path, making you wait until you get through the drive-thru. How is this not against the law?? I digress. In short: the wait was way too long. Please do better.
The only issue I encountered was that I requested my bacon to be cooked completely crisp, but when my order arrived, it wasn't cooked as I had asked. Given that I had a bilateral lung transplant, it's crucial for my food to be prepared just right. However, they kindly re-prepared my order and even gave me extra bacon. When someone asks for their food to be prepared in a specific way, there's usually a good reason for it.
Lisa was so friendly, she was personable the restaurant was SO clean. This was my first time it did not disappoint!
The new blue cheese bacon burger is the best. Excellent food. Lady at the drive thru window though could be at least somewhat friendly to customers. She didn't smile or say have a good day
