The Juke Joint - Ocean Springs

Just a few weeks ago pulled into the Gulf Coast area, and my girlfriend and I decided to check Ocean Springs, so after reviewing a few other places we landed in the Juke Joint. This place is great!!! Great hospitality from the moment we came in from Doorman. The bartenders where brilliant and extremely friendly...

You really go in as a stranger and go as a family! I can't wait to go back. Great mood, great service, great food, great music!

First time checking out for a late night hangout/food. Good vibes, good food, entertainment. The bartenders were very accommodating. Nice atmosphere....love the big outdoor hangout! Will be back.

Love this joint! It's definitely got the Mississippi vibe with some majestic Oaks, bon fires many times in the back, cozy bar, good food at all hours. A gem.

Me and my friends were met at the door by some big guy with a shaggy red beard. He immediately took our REAL IDs and bent them up while flashing his bright flashlight in our eyes. He then took them inside to scan and came back 5 minutes later saying they wouldn’t scan. He claimed they were fake and too thin. Guess he hasn’t seen a real Tennessee ID. We attempted to show him other forms of identity and he didn’t give it the time of day. And while all of this was going on, two young looking guys walked right in without being checked for ID. Then he proceeded to raise his voice at us and tell us he was done with us But luckily after all of this, the salty peach bar was open down the road, that place was great, everyone was nice and welcoming unlike the Juke Joint bar.
