Murky Waters Ocean Springs

I stopped by in the late afternoon, seeking a spot to escape the heat, enjoy a cold drink, and grab a snack. My first impression was that this place felt a bit more upscale than your typical beach town BBQ joint. The open layout features a nice bar at the center, highlighting a variety of craft beers, including selections from local breweries, along with a solid choice of basic spirits and wines. We ordered the smoked chicken nachos, and after chatting with the bartender, we found out they also serve brisket burnt ends, which were excellent. I’m definitely planning to return to try more items from the menu.

I absolutely love this place! The service and food are always exceptional. I appreciate having the option to sit both inside and outside. Everything is fantastic, except for the bathroom, which needs some attention.

We visited this place on a Sunday afternoon craving BBQ, and it exceeded our expectations. The Nachos with Brisket were delicious, the Fried Pickles were perfectly battered and fried, and the Burnt Ends were both crispy and juicy. The beer selection was impressive too. The rest of my group enjoyed the ribs and wings, and they were pleased with those as well. The service was excellent, and I want to give a special mention to Alyssa and Shannon for their recommendations and for crafting a fantastic mocktail for my child.

Open space with a beautiful centrally located bar, which offers many craft brew selections, including local breweries and a good selection of basic spirits and wine. We had kept the smoked chickens nachos and after a small smogozing with the bar, discovered that they serve the brisket burned ends quietly. Very good. I'm sure I'll work through the menu again.
