Galway Bay Irish Pub, And Gift Shop

The dining experience at the restaurant was amazing and definitely worth the wait. One of the waiters was extremely nice, while the others seemed to overlook my presence. I had to wait half an hour for my ordered seafood, and when I went to the restroom, my table had been cleared. Luckily, I returned just in time to see a waiter confusedly looking for me with my lunch. I enjoyed my delicious meal, which included chowder, steamed clams, shrimp, and an oyster. I had to ask for a new water, then for napkins, and finally for pepper, which I did not request but was brought anyway. Despite these small hiccups, the chowder was so good that it made up for them. Overall, I would consider giving this place another try, with the hope that all the waiters are as attentive as the young man who seated me and took care of my needs.

GET THE SODA BREAD!!! If not for the meal get the soda bread, soooo good and fluffy and the butter was soft and perfect. the shepherds pie was pretty damn tasty as well. live music and friend employees. will return

Fun, great food, great service! They have Irish live music weekends after 6pm…. Food was well worth the cost. Enjoyed bangers and calcannon… friend had a veggie pasty… both portions huge snd delicious

Super adorable resturaunt..Irish authentic!! Menu was not too big and def had Irish classics you just can't get around casually fun store connected and also a cigar lounge ...will come back for the service and food!! Thank you!!

I visited Galway Bay for the second time and, like my first visit, I was underwhelmed by the food. I had hoped that trying traditional Irish dishes would be a highlight, but the sausage in pastry was mediocre and the Colcannon side dish was bland and uninteresting. The cod dish was the biggest letdown as it seemed to lack any flavor or substance, with only celery and no sign of fish or potatoes. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and a good bar, but I don't think I would return specifically for the food.
