By the way, I was being patient and kind, but this delay made me late for my appointment. I noticed the place wasn't busy at all, which makes the lack of service even more puzzling. It's unacceptable for staff to be rude and treat the situation as a joke; they need to take their jobs seriously, just like everyone else. I would recommend retraining the staff members involved: the young woman with short blonde hair, the tall guy with glasses and black hair, and the tall lady with braids. All three of them could benefit from better training or even disciplinary action. I truly hope they read this or their friends inform them about their behavior, as it was rude and disrespectful.

For the past week, there hasn't been anyone available to prepare drink orders. They say they're short-staffed, yet they have plenty of employees to handle the unappetizing food. It's time to get organized at this location.

I called the restaurant to see if they had any propane available for tank exchange. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that they were too busy to assist and couldn't check for me. I explained that I really needed help, but the person on the line put me on hold, and I ended up hanging up after a long wait with no response. I've been driving around with my kids all day looking for gas, as our supply ran out overnight, and it's been quite chilly. Thanks.

Just stopped at the Wawa, Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL location to fuel up on our long trip back home. I've never been at a Wawa before and was pleasantly surprised. In addition to gas and regular convenience store items available for purchase, they have a large menu of both food and specialty drinks. They have fresh fruit, salad, bakery items, sandwiches, burgers, panini's, quesadillas, iced coffee, lattes and refresher drinks, etc. I recommend the Delce DeLeche Iced Latte, delicious! It was really quick, efficient and clean! Staff was very friendly. I would give them five stars, but I am holding 1 back because there were only 2 stalls in the bathroom, so a short wait was involved which is hard when you have little kids who need to go! But, as a mom, a clean, 1 stop shop is so helpful for our long trek home! I hope to see more locations pop up. Wawa, bring some to Michigan please!

Prices too high. Over $5.00 for a regular turkey and cheese sandwich?! I went elsewhere.
