Steak 'n Shake - Ocala

What a difference! It wasn't long ago that I visited this restaurant. Back then, I was seated in the apartment alone. Now, they require you to order via a kiosk, which took me 23 minutes. The food wasn't as good as I remembered, and I left feeling very disappointed.

After placing my order at the kiosk, I was prompted to leave a tip. I couldn't believe it! I felt like I had just done someone’s job for them, and now they were asking for a tip. No thank you.

The service was a bit slow, as I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, but it was clear they were quite busy. The food was excellent, and overall, the service was good.

They took 35 minutes to my order through the journey and served other people who were behind me in the line before my order when my order was brought out, it was cold and covered with fat, without speck or cheese as I had ordered, I do not recommend this steak and shake

I will admit it 's been at least 2 years since we 've been to Steak 'n Shake. Zero human contact. You have to order and pay at a kiosk. Took a minute to figure it out. Self serve on the drinks. No sugar in sight for the unsweetened tea. Then they put your food on the counter, call your name and walk away. The place was empty. Two other customers in there. Very unfriendly place.
