Starbucks - Ocala

This Starbucks delivers the standard experience you would anticipate, featuring outstanding service. The coffee is quite good, and there’s a nice selection of snacks and baked items, including ham and cheese croissants. Its location is ideal, offering easy access to the turnpike, making it the sole Starbucks option for motorists on that route. I placed a mobile order while on the road, and since I wasn't familiar with the area, I mistakenly went to the wrong Starbucks, thinking there was only one nearby. Luckily, the young woman working there today was exceptionally kind. She offered to remake my drinks and had them ready in under three minutes! What a lovely person! Thank you so much, whoever you are. Keep that wonderful smile!

The staff was not very friendly, and it appears that this location is not an official Starbucks. We were told it operates as a licensed branch, which means they cannot scan the app, use our rewards points, or give us credit for our purchases. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this experience and do not plan on returning to this location.

I really love this restaurant. It’s never too crowded, which is a big plus for me compared to the one just around the corner where you have to wait in line. Here, I can simply walk in, get served, and finish my meal before the line even moves! The staff is friendly and relaxed, and the drinks are always excellent!

Every time I visit, it feels like I'm entering a friend's house. The staff goes out of their way to remember my name and my favorite drinks. When they ask how I’m doing, it feels sincere because they use my name. On the rare occasions when my drink wasn’t made correctly, it was usually due to a new employee who wasn’t yet familiar with the drink codes on the cup. I would simply explain the issue, and they would quickly remake it. The staff is truly fantastic.
