Starbucks - Ocala

After speaking to the hiring manager who was so friendly enough not to say goodbye on the telephone and just hung up, who continued to interrupt me on the phone, I understand why the workers there are not so happy. Phone etiquette is a must, it doesn’t matter what type of business you’re working for or running.

Got my drink shortly after ordering but waited 30 minutes and never received my muffin. I asked about it repeatedly and the told me it was coming. Never did and i had to leave without my muffin i payed for so i wouldn’t be late to my appointment. 30+min for a muffin they simply have to put in a bag.

July 18th, 2023, Dining Room was entirely too hot for patrons to sit an hour or so. Asked about AC. No one knows. Reported the problem to Manager the next day. We won't go back until AC is working as it should. Temps are high in this month but never noticed an issue here before.

Super overpriced coffee, but they are so yummy I can never seem to stay away too long.

Chai latte was delicious with vanilla cold foam! And I really enjoyed their Egg Cheddar protein box! My new go-to order!
