Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ocala

My family and I never had Popeyes. To be honest, we were somewhat sceptical at first. It was so good! We got the family dishes and everything was fresh and delicious. We'll be back.

The food was good but the soda machines did not work ? blah. I need soda with my chicken but it's okay they had a back of tea for me and lemonade for the hubby and son. Nice save or I would have been mad.

Waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes to place my order! Thought I would try some Popeyes chicken after many many years! Waited another 5 minutes for my order! Maybe all the Popeyes are like this not sure! I ordered nuggets and they gave me three pieces of chicken no silverware to eat my mashed potatoes and forgot to add the coleslaw to the order that I asked for! Luckily I had a spoon in my glove box I can use to eat the mashed potatoes while I was on the road but I definitely was missing the coleslaw and I would?ve preferred to have nuggets versus check in with the bone! The guy they gave me the order Was nice I just don?t know how the order got messed up, oh well better luck next time

Stopped multiple times at the Popeye?s on SR 40 in Ocala to find it closed early. Google maps and the website says the drive through is open until 11pm. Lights are on with employees inside and they yell out to the drive through ordering board that we?re closed at 10:30pm. ? I normally don?t like to post negative comments, but this has happened many times.

Ordered online and waited 23 minutes to get our food in transit. A very good service. Dear Popeyes. The Belleview is much faster. If we hadn't already paid online, we would have gone somewhere else. You need either more staff or give people their drinks and let them move forward and wait for this order not to keep the whole line for each person.
