As someone with celiac disease, I was able to eat gluten-free without any issues. They understood my dietary restrictions perfectly. Every item on their menu that was naturally gluten-free was executed flawlessly. I ordered the sea bass, which was delicious. My son tried the lamb, but substituted the quinoa and asparagus with ratatouille, which he said was the best dish of the night. My husband and brother-in-law had the steak and were so engrossed in their meal that they hardly spoke. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Ocala. Whenever they have the opportunity, they make sure to dine there as they know they will not be disappointed.
This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who hasn't been here yet! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted warmly. The restaurant has beautiful stands and tables, as well as a private space for parties overlooking the wine cellar. There is also a wooden high table next to the bar with many wine stations for by-the-glass options. The menu has a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices. During my first visit for lunch, I tried the veggie burger which was excellent. I returned with friends for a wine pairing event and we all agreed it was a great deal. The staff was attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Each course we tried was fantastic, especially the thinly coated roasted pork with butternut squash-polenta and skyberry sauce. I can't wait to come back!
