In my opinion, this was the best meal I had eaten in Ocala, and in my Top 5 all the time.. The General Manager Trevor was a huge help, very knowledgeable and spent time talking to us about everything. A real professional and an invaluable good for the restaurant. Images:
My husband and I were here for the first time and we were blown away. The service, the ambience, the food was perfect. We had the onion fritter as an appetizer. For dinner I had the lobster Risotto and my husband had roasted the land steak. It was the best meal I ever had (and this includes my meal in Gordon Ramsay's Hell Kitchen). Perfectly seasoned. I can't say enough about our culinary experience. We were well attended by the staff and they were so nice and very professional. For dessert we took home the chocolate mousse and a pint tahitian vanilla bean ice cream. They were heavenly! We found our new favorite restaurant!
Very nice. Waiting staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was great. Short Rib was tender and excellently spiced. The homemade potato was tasty with a light cheese taste. The shrimps and grits were very good. I had the 1/2 salad with Greek dressing. We also had the Pow Pow chickens for appetizers and it was light and crispy. With the right amount of Spicy for my pallet. I was happy with all the experience. We will go back
This place is the figurative and literal interpretation of a diamond in the rough. It's 50 miles north of where I live, which is a terrible long way to drive for a disappointment. Let us talk about the environment; it is very intimate by the presence of at least three other pairs on the date night. It took us a while to get space, but after we sat service was impeccable. The French Braised Onion soup has quickly formed for it. It was the best I ever had. They have done an excellent job to marry flavors together. My wife had the Braised Short Rib Stroganoff. I gambled on the Aubergines Parmigiana; I rarely order it because most restaurants rarely get right. If I had to describe with a word, I would use perfection. Finally we shared their bread pudding for dessert, my wife rarely ordered bread pudding for the same reason I rarely order Eggplant Parmigiana . Most restaurants rarely get it right. It was the highlight of the day dinner. I loved eating at Braised Onion. I'm looking forward to Date Night with Lobster Mac 'n Cheese.
My husband ⟟ were just passing through and were looking for an interesting place to grab lunch. We googled restaurants near us and clicked on Braised Union. Thought it looked like an interesting place. We had an excellent experience. The wait staff were so friendly and helpful. Even shared the history of the restaurant. AND THE FOOD....everything was beautifully presented and so fresh. We are already making plans to come back and bring friends. Our favorite items so far: appetizers Maryland Crab Cakes (the mango salsa- amazing ⟟ am not big fan of mango). And the desserts....the Chocolate Mousse the Bread Pudding are to die for. Excellent experience!!!
