Domino's Pizza - Oakton

The pizza is always underwhelming. Ordered one but the pizza was not cooked properly and the dough was mushy. Its sad that their standard of qualitty is this low

I’ve been recently really disappointed with Domino’s. I’ve had to wait about an hour for Domino’s pizza, which FYI, requires $17 minimum for deliver due to corporate policy, and had an experience which the delivery driver commuted about 30 minutes away from me to deliver an order. I understand that short-staffing is an issue, but I was disappointed with how the delivery of the pizzas were organized, and would not order from this place again. I rather get Papa John’s which actually doesn’t charge a min of $17 to deliver. I had to cancel the pizza because my relatives were upset and worried about the pizza being cold, especially hearing that the driver might make another order before coming to us. They’ve also delivered to the wrong house before, an experience I never had with papa John’sNever ordering from here again.

Well over an hour late and no one answering phone to give an update on the order. Disappointing. Can’t really comment on quality of the customer service there was none.

Everybody so nice and fast! Matias is the best! he Always remember what i want! and prepared it before i’m coming!!!

The people there are really nice i love the taste .
