Pollo Campero - Oakland

The food is very good and everything but the waiting time after they give you an hour in which they will lie I had to call more than once after more than an hour passed when I spent my waiting time is something stressful Give them an hour and you get to pick up and it turns out that you have to wait longer than they told you. Yesterday I had a terrible note aside that I had to wait almost two more hours for my order. I give it 3 stars because the food is good

My order was incomplete I ordered the buy 2 flans for $3 and I only received 1 flan. I also asked for plates and utensils and did not get anything.

You guys always take a really long time making food. I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. You should change your wait times when you cant keep up with the orders. Ridiculous

Walked in to order. I?ve been to other Pollo Camperos before and had a good experience. First of all, this is not a normal restaurant or a food hall. It was purpose built for delivery drivers with lockers to pick up food. It?s confusing to order in-person, but is done on a tablet to the left. There is a counter but it?s really designed for takeout only and the interior is more like a post office than a restaurant. I waited 40 minutes for a simple grilled chicken order. The chicken and sides themselves were quite good, and I guess if I had this delivered instead, it would have been a fine experience. The ridiculous wait times and sterile atmosphere here mean I would not come here again.

Excellent service I didn?t wait long time for my order,However I think that the place is little hide from the people.
