Pho King - Oakland

The bun rieu and pho are really good. This is the OG pho king compared to the one by lucky supermarket, and the broth here and ingredients here have a lot more flavor and better ingredients (eg spare ribs in the bun rieu). Super friendly owners too. Support them!

My family and I eat here a lot! lt's located where the old Merritt Bakery was. which is close to the lake and has a parking lot. We most often get theBun Bo Hue, Spring Rolls , Banh Xeo share (always tastes fresh), and some Vietnamese coffee .I've yet to be disappointed by theirservice. Great solid place for pho and hasremained our go-to spot. Can't miss a week without it

I remember going to this Pho King growing up and when they closed to move down by the old Lake Merritt bakery I was super bummed. There is a nice home-y feeling I get when eating here and when they opened back up, my brother insisted that we try it out. I definitely got a nostalgic feeling going back here and they definitely updated some of the interior from what I remember. I like to order the combo pho and bun thit nuong.For you tendon lovers, they for sure offer a lot more compared to other restaurants in the area and they accept credit card. Service is nice, I love the staff here! Do give pho king a visit, especially if you went here back in the day.

I like how when they greet you once you come In and you prefer to sit inside they ask right away if you want water or tea great service and the food there is amazing I tried the beef Pho and it's so good good quality and as well of quantity! Worth spending your money here ! On the other hand there is some service that you don't get. While I was eating there none of the workers asked if I needed anything which I did need while I was eating. But overall the food is amazing !

This is the original pho king . still the bomb, and imho better than the other one. BBH still on point here
