Little Caesars Pizza - Oakland

Waited 30 minutes for a hot n ready. That had more crust cover than the toppings. Day before hot n ready was more like old n didn't have ready to bring it back to cut it. Not to mention the ppl already packed in like sardines waiting for their orders. The staff was very shocked. Continue to the next pizza place

They were fresh and fast and of course cheap. Much better than last time

I said they threw away my order. I was at the right pick-up time.

On the 8th/13 I have placed a mobile order for pizza at Oakland MD location for a pick-up time of 11:30 for a birthday party. When I arrived at 11:30, my order was not only ready, it had never been tried. No communication that the store was unable to keep the pickup time. No estimate when it would be available. The employee reaction was me, BFS gives me no help. I received my order at 12:05. As BFS is aware, this is very unprofessional and a waste of customers time, but nothing new, as is what Marshall (BFS Founder/Owner) at its locations allows and expects. Very disappointed, but not surprised today, how again this reflects the culture that Marshall crashed at BFS.

This place needs to stop being so sloppy. No excuse for a pizza to be like this. So much sauce the cheese slides right off. After trying to eat it, the star went to 2. It's disgusting
