Trader's Coffee House - Oakland

Great place! we are a Muslim family who visited the opposite, and they were very welcome and accommodating. Apart from their wonderful drinks, their service is really 5 stars. when we come back to the deep stream, we will definitely be over again!

Great little place with a welcoming atmosphere and awesome food and drinks! However they apparently stop making food an hour before closing time, which I didn’t see stated anywhere on the website or menu, so we drove for a half hour to get food here and completely missed out.

Had an excellent brunch here with my fiancé. The sausage, pepper, and onion quiche I had was awesome; almost tasted like a steak and cheese sub. The barista was very cool about accommodating my fiancé’s lactose intolerance and made her a chai latte without any dairy. We also appreciated the dairy free protein wrap (peanut butter, banana, granola, and honey) as a breakfast option!

The coffee and baked goods were amazing, so much so that we went several times during our few days in town. Even better than the products were the awesome staff. They were so friendly, great at their jobs, and very helpful when we needed a suggestion for a specific food place. Wonderful experience and I wish I lived closer so I could go back any time I want.
