The waitress was great, but the service was terrible. eating took an unacceptable time.

Thank you. gott the company was good because it took three hours to get a meal in this mostly empty restaurant served on a Saturday night. we visited this restaurant a year ago and it was beautiful. no more. the waitress was new and totally unsupported, so it really was possible to blame her! our food was finally served cold and even the coffee they promised to make fresh was cold. when they go, they stop after the drinks and start eating, as there is no reason to go on.
