When our bill arrived, I didn’t realize that gratuity was included, so I ended up tipping an additional $70 on top of that. After figuring out my mistake, I called the restaurant two days later to request a refund and was told I would receive a callback from the manager, Heidi. I’ve reached out multiple times over the past month, only to be told she was unavailable. Eventually, I decided to let go of the money and focus on the principle of addressing customer concerns. It’s now almost a month later, and I still haven’t received a call back. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve never experienced this in any other restaurant; typically, a manager or owner would at least acknowledge any issues. Because of this experience, I have no intention of returning, and I will strongly advise my friends and family in the New York and North Jersey areas to steer clear of this place. They don’t deserve your business if that’s how they treat customers.
