Ciao Gelato - NUNDAH

I really appreciate that they offer an entire cabinet full of vegan options, and not just sorbets! My favorite vegan flavors are hazelnut, butterscotch, peanut butter, and Turkish delight.

The staff and owner of Ciao Gelato are incredibly nice and welcoming. Most importantly, the gelato is the best I've ever tasted, and I've tried many places in Brisbane. The vegan flavors are fantastic (and I'm not even vegan) – you wouldn't be able to tell the difference! They’re also very generous with tastings. I wouldn't go anywhere else for ice cream!

I recently had some family visiting from out of state and decided to take them to Ciao Gelato after hearing many positive reviews. My father ordered the coconut sorbet, which he found delicious, while my brother-in-law really enjoyed his scoops of mint and boost. My sister and I chose four flavors: raspberry, chocolate cookie dough, toasted marshmallow, and toasted coconut. I mentioned my nut allergy to the staff, and they promptly sanitized the utensils and checked my chosen flavors against an ingredient list. There is limited seating inside, so we opted for takeout, and the container they provided kept the gelato nice and cold. The ice cream was delicious, and I would definitely recommend this place for high-quality, straightforward gelato.

Hands down THE BEST hot chocolate I've ever had. Simply made, but made with love and my goodness you can taste it ; Vegan options and so many of them! Family owned business which is really lovely to see.

Fantastic to see plenty of vegan options that aren't just sorbet style; the dark chocolate is beautifully creamy and rich in flavour!  A great selection of vegan pops too.  Friendly service!
