*This evaluation is only about the dumplings. to sushi I can't make a judgement.**To be honest: I think seriously the operators have never eaten right xiao long baos or they would never have served us such a meal. I was here with my family.Essen:We ordered us xiao long bao and were shocked when we were given the choice to order fried xiao long baos. xiao long bao is never roasted. they are only damped. you don't order a germknödel in a Bavarian local and you'll be asked if it should be roasted!The teig was too hard and then I learned that it's hot in the teig. that was an absolute shock! it is also never used yeast for xiao long bao. the diligent must be supple, gentle and thin. almost as nudelteig. the teig here was firm, thick and a little mad. which has disappointed us most and very annoyed us was that no broth was in the dumpling. xiao long baos are also called "soup dumplings" and must have broth besides filling. for all those who have never eaten xiao long bao:In fact, the broth is cooked with bones for several hours, so that the gelatin dissolves and mixes with the broth. is then waited until the suppe gels and finally broth and filling are mixed. this has the effect that the gelled broth becomes liquid again and a kind of suppe is caught in the dumpling.The dumplings were however dry and really not appetizing. we haven't even eaten up yet. everyone who knows how to taste authentic dumplings will be deeply disappointed here. I can't say much to the service. it wasn't much going on in the restaurant. the service was friendly but partly also very inattentive.It is really extremely pity!

Were eating sushi again today, locally has a new name and a somewhat changed concept. there are dumplings, teig bags in many variants, but have remained in traditional sushi, here everything is very freshly prepared and extremely tasty. the ambiente cool and hold back, but we do not put on the great value, the quality and taste are crucial. service friendly and helpful. toilet clean. can be really recommended

Eat was good. Unfortunately, the service was a catastrophe and we had to wait almost an hour for our food, although hardly any guests were there and it was at the beginning that it would take only 10 minutes!

Absolutely recommended .... fresh tasty sushi made fresh!The interieur is a bit cold in the local but the food makes everything good again and is absolutely recommended
