We have often ordered to pick up there lately. Was always very tasty and well organized. If you have to wait a minute, you get a tea. Today we had preordered the 1896 exclusive menu and did not regret it. Was very good and delicious. With lots of details and beautifully labeled. We can only say that! Really recommend.

A very stylish restaurant with friendly staff, great service and very fine food. For us one of the best sushi restaurants in and around Nuremberg. Freshly prepared just delicious. Individual wishes are very friendly. There are even 3 tables outside to enjoy the sun. There are also very fine, slightly unusual drinks that taste very good.

Super friendly and attentive service, food very tasty and decorative, a place to enjoy! We enjoyed the stay very much! A clear recommendation!!!

Absolute recommendation. The sushi is not cheap, but value in the truest sense. The Sake isn't my case, but I'd rather stay with the Ingwerte. What is particularly exciting here is cooperation with the 2 partner locals, so you can get dishes from all 3 in a shop.
