Shoprite Of Northvale

This restaurant is always packed, whether I go at 7:00 a.m. when they open or in the middle of the day. It doesn't matter which location I visit, it's always crowded. To add to that, my new car has been hit at least twice in the parking lot with no note or contact information left behind. The cost to repair my car is much higher than average, making it especially frustrating. Even when I park far away from other vehicles, I still end up finding someone parked right next to me when I return.

I strongly suggest trying out their online ordering option. The department is fantastic, with very helpful and accommodating staff. The food is always fresh, and they consistently deliver on time.

I quickly popped in for a drink and was impressed by the clean and organized environment. The staff greeted me with smiles.

I usually find everything I need at this Shoprite, and the liquor store is good too. However, during my most recent visit (just last Sunday), I bought some candied nuts and dried fruits on sale, only to discover moths or some other small insect flying around the section. I didn't think much of it at first, but the next day when I opened one of the containers, a moth-like creature flew out. The day after, I found a small insect casing on one of the nuts in the other package. I am not a fan of bugs, so I ended up throwing both packages away. As someone in the science field, I believe this indicates that the area may not have been cleaned properly or ventilated well, allowing bugs to infest the packages. While I can only speak for the two packages I purchased, I am now hesitant to go back as I don't have high hopes for the rest of the products. It's disappointing because I generally like this Shoprite, but I can't overlook the issue with bugs.
