We still had a great Sunday meal at Chi Chi Chi?s today. We always share the incredible antipasto salad. Many cheese, salad, various meats and salami, tomatoes, onions and several peperoncini. Service was great, Bertie took care of us. Everything at a reasonable price.
The best part of Chi Chis is made there house pastas, delicious salads, and amazing roles. I haven't had a pizza for a long time and I haven't tried her chicken or baked dishes. They have soups, but I find it annoying that they add pork to their minestrone and I believe lentil soups. There is Marinara sauce really good as her Alfredo. I hear well about her meat sauce containing beef and pork. This is a beautiful place for a quick lunch especially during the week when they are not busy. There are limited outdoor seating, but it exists. You also have lunch specialties that are pretty good.
A local facility for at least three decades, the decor is great, the service is even better, and the food is best of all. Unbelievable pizzas with cheese. Image: my latest order, a delicious eggplant parm with spaghetti and gravy on the side. RECOMMENDATIONS!
I'm not sure but I believe these restaurant's believe its only a pandemic for them?? The prices are insultingly ridiculous for the amount of food you don't get. A family of four cannot afford to eat there and be full in these days an times. I can imagine that once the economic depression sets in smarter people will abandon these basic simple style pricey pizza spots. The food quality was nowhere near the price. They are barely a step up from Lil Caesars in terms of taste. If they're using quality ingredients I didn't taste them. The problem is when its cheaper to eat the same food cooked better) at home; this means you will eventually end up closing your doors. I think the nostalgia factor is well behind this place. Like who can afford to spend $20 $40 for lunch ?? and if they can afford it, the food must be well worth it, and it simply wasn't. This place is a let down from start to finish for the price and simple atmosphere. Thumbs all the way down. : I left there feeling financially agitated and still hungry for good authentic Pizza and Pasta.
