Eating in bobs diner- in the albion charles hotel is great. schnitzel at night - ten dollar - very good. also the price of beer in the pub are great. a bit of a gambling hotel, but worth a visit. parma night is Wednesday on the way

I have never tried a burger at Burger Gardens, but I have been to this pub multiple times as it is conveniently located near the train station. In my opinion, it is just an average pub without any standout features. It has a gaming lounge, sports facilities, and a drive-thru bottle shop, but that's about it. It's not a place I would rush back to visit.

It looks as if they had a replacement corner and didn't know how to fill it until someone suggested a burger bar. strange position, very simple and rather cold decor, but in this small corner of the albion charles, they serve excellent burgers. it is an interesting...Menu consisting of burgers, chicken, salads etc. I had a 'stockmans' burger and chips (about $15) and both were very well cooked and really delicious, especially the chips.

This burger restaurant is located within the historic Albion Charles Hotel, a beautifully restored Victorian-era hotel dating back to around 1885, situated on a prominent corner in Melbourne's inner north. The restaurant features a charming decor with comfortable white chairs and lounge-style seating, as well as a variety of burger options to choose from. I made a change to my order, which was promptly noted by the staff. For an additional A$5.50, you can add chips and a small drink, such as a soft drink, to your meal. Our total bill came to just under A$35. The burger I ordered, which featured a combination of speck and pineapple, was deliciously prepared and perfect for a warm summer evening. The chips were crispy and flavorful. After your meal, you can try your luck on the electronic slot machines or enjoy some race games in the hotel. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and it provided a cozy local atmosphere for dining.

The beef patties lacked flavor, the bun was dry, and the onion rings were overcooked. The 6 rings cost $5.50. I won't be returning.
